Per topic - 5 minutes in motivating and introducing the lesson
5 minutes Guided instruction
5 minutes - check for understanding
10-15 minutes - student work on the topic

At 4 minutes: all work has been collected
all floors are clean
all textbooks are placed in their proper locations
